Anne Clarke Associates dish up a flying training service
The Restaurant Group, Stansted Airport
The Restaurant Group operate 8 different brands of bars and restaurants at Stansted Airport and wanted to offer all of their staff an opportunity to achieve NVQ's. We initially held an open day where staff came along and spoke about the options that were available to them. We recruited and trained 40 staff in Hospitality, Team Leading and Management awards. At the end of the programmes we arranged a Graduation for all the staff. Representatives from the Learning Skills Councils, Directors from The Restaurant Group and Anne Clarke came along to do presentations and then staff were presented with their certificates, this was followed with a buffet and drinks to celebrate. Feedback at this event was very positive with most of the staff looking forward to further their careers within the company. The Restaurant Group are still working with us and some staff have developed within the company and gone on to start team leading awards.
