Barging in for new training opportunities

Drake Towage maintains rivers across Cambridgeshire. They contacted us at Anne Clarke Associates to ask if we could deliver qualifications for their team leaders, this meant our assessors travelling to rural locations to carry out the training and assessment on the river barges. This was carried out effectively enabling them to develop their leadership skills in difficult and challenging environments in which they work. The feedback from the company and the team leaders was great and they said that they learnt different techniques of managing their teams.
