Matching apprentices with employers and vacancies
If you are looking for an apprentice to join your work force or you are a candidate looking for an apprenticeship then we can provide a 'Matching Service' to employers and candidates through our extensive and ever growing network.
We will engage with employers and gather information on the vacancies they have before matching our candidates to employers requirements and sending them for an interview.
We carry out telephone interviews with all our candidates before we send them to an employer to assess how suitable they are for the role. If the candidate is successful in the interview and employment commences we will then deliver all the apprenticeship training in the workplace.
We deliver apprenticeships in Business and Administration, Health and Social Care, Customer Service, Warehousing and Distribution, Team Leading and Management.
